At Sports Tennis Shop, we serve competitive players with championship-level gear and service. While we strive for perfection like your backhand down the line, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Our policy is designed to be as straightforward as a well-placed serve.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed with tags attached)
- Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase required
Important Note:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on men’s and women’s bottoms (shorts, skirts) unless defective. All sale items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 24 business hours, our team will email you:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Prepaid return label (for defective items)
- Instructions for non-defective returns
3. Package & Ship
Securely package items with original packaging and include:
- Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
- Copy of your invoice
- RMA number visible on package
For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
4. Processing Your Return

- Allow 3-5 business days for inspection
- You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: International refunds may take additional 2-3 days for bank processing.
Exchanges
For size exchanges on team apparel or racquet changes:
- Follow standard return process
- Clearly state desired exchange item in your request
- We’ll ship the new item once return is received (additional shipping charges may apply)

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain tournament-level quality standards, these items cannot be returned:
- Personalized/pro custom team apparel (Adidas/Fila/K-Swiss teamwear with custom logos)
- Used tennis balls (included with some racquet purchases)
- Clearance/sale items marked “Final Sale”
- Opened grip tape or vibration dampeners
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged goods (like a cracked Dunlop racquet or misprinted team jersey):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of damage/defect
- We’ll cover return shipping and expedite replacement
